This policy explains how AutonLabs handles data across FlowOS, connected integrations, AI-assisted workflows, and workspace automation.

Privacy Overview

AutonLabs processes user data to provide job search automation and workspace tools. We design product flows so sensitive account, resume, and integration data is handled with purpose and restraint. This policy applies to the AutonLabs website, FlowOS, and any related mobile applications.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to operate the service: (1) Account details such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials; (2) Resume and job application materials you upload, including documents, cover letters, and work history; (3) Application activity including jobs you save, apply to, and track; (4) Integration data from connected services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and file storage, limited to what is needed to power the features you enable; (5) Usage data such as device type, browser, operating system, and how you interact with the platform; and (6) Communication data if you contact support or participate in product communications.

How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the product, automate requested workflows, personalize your workspace, process applications, improve platform reliability, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Connected Integrations

If you connect services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, or file storage, AutonLabs accesses only the data needed for the features you enable. Integration access may be revoked at any time through the product or the third-party provider. When you disconnect an integration, we stop accessing that service and delete or stop using the data obtained from it, subject to legal retention requirements.

AI Processing

Some features use AI systems to analyze resumes, job descriptions, messages, and application context. AI outputs are generated to assist your workflow and should be reviewed by you before relying on them for important decisions or communications. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models without your consent.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to host infrastructure, process payments, deliver email, provide analytics, and support other core operations. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and may only process it to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@autonlabs.co.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers, integration partners, or legal authorities when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the platform. If AutonLabs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction with appropriate notice.

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. When we transfer data across borders, we take steps to protect it in accordance with applicable law, including standard contractual clauses where required.

You can update account information, disconnect integrations, or stop using the service at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact support@autonlabs.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

AutonLabs is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@autonlabs.co and we will take steps to delete the information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
