By accessing or using AutonLabs, FlowOS, or any related mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service. These terms apply alongside any product-specific notices shown inside the application.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use AutonLabs. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
AutonLabs provides workflow tools for job search automation, resume management, application tracking, inbox management, and related productivity features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable to you for any such changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@autonlabs.co if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or credit purchases. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from workspace settings. Prices may change with reasonable notice, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
When you connect services such as email, calendar, or file storage, you authorize AutonLabs to access the information needed to provide the requested functionality. You can disconnect integrations where supported by the product. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you connect.
You retain ownership of resumes, job materials, documents, and other content you upload. You grant AutonLabs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you submit.
You agree not to: (1) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (2) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other user accounts, or connected systems; (3) upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (4) interfere with the operation of the service; (5) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the service without permission; (6) impersonate another person or entity; or (7) use the service to violate the rights of others.
Automation and AI features are designed to assist your workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, messages, submissions, and any actions taken through your connected accounts. AutonLabs is not responsible for employment outcomes, third-party platform decisions, or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
The AutonLabs platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by AutonLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service without our prior written consent. You retain all rights to your own content.
The service may include links to third-party websites, job boards, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. AutonLabs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness of the service for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, application success, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutonLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety and integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. You may also have rights under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the product, email, or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
